12 weeks
Legal Aid Track
Assist paralegals with complaint drafting, case files and district-level follow-up on release certificates.
16 weeks
Research Track
Contribute to migration corridor studies, survey design and quantitative analysis of case data.
8 weeks
Field Operations Track
Live and work with a district team conducting worker registration and awareness camps.
10 weeks
Communications Track
Documentary storytelling, photo essays, campaign design and digital advocacy.
What we ask of you
- A minimum commitment of eight continuous weeks.
- Working fluency in Hindi or a regional language of the placement state.
- Willingness to travel to field sites and stay overnight in district offices.
- Strict adherence to our survivor confidentiality protocol.
